Standard Terms & Conditions for CranialSolutions Treatments & Prepaid Treatment Packages.

1. Payment & Package Validity

Payment of treatment or package is required before commencement of the treatment or package series.

Packages are non-transferable (only the named client can use them).

Packages are to be used within required time frames for optimal results -  within 4 weeks (or extended by practitioner depending on symptoms).

Payments are valid for package treatments up to 3 months post purchase/first appointment . 

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You understand that same-day cancellations or non-attendance (no-show) result in the full treatment fee being charged or the session being forfeited.

Appointments can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice in the case of an emergency will incur a 50% cancellation fee (or forfeiture of that session for prepaid packages).

 

3. Refunds

If you are deemed medically unsuitable to continue treatment by your practitioner, a pro-rata credit or refund may be issued for unused sessions at the clinic’s discretion.

In this case where you are deemed unsuitable for treatment, credits may be transferred to another person or service/product with clinic approval.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, treatment preference, or personal scheduling conflicts.

 

4. Medical Contraindications

You must disclose all relevant medical history, previous imaging, medications, and skin conditions before treatments. 

The clinic reserves the right to alter scheduled appointment times (TBC by patient), refuse or modify treatment if it is more beneficial to the client or unsafe due to medical reasons (eg nose bleed, influenza or other).

If a treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed conditions, that session may be forfeited.

Contraindications:  

• Recent nasal or cranial trauma

• Fractured nose

• Facial fracture

• Recent cranial surgery (< 6 months)

• Tissue instability, risk of re-injury or bleeding

• Active nasal or sinus infection

• Sinusitis/ Rhinitis - severe congestion, flu

• Uncontrolled hypertension - Systolic > 160 mmHg

• Unstable BPRisk of epistaxis (nosebleed) from capillary fragility

• Bleeding or clotting disorders

• Hemophilia

• Thrombocytopenia, use of anticoagulants (warfarin, rivaroxaban, etc.)

Cranial or intracranial pathology

• Known brain aneurysm

• Intracranial tumor

• Cerebrospinal fluid leak history

• Pressure changes may aggravate or endanger

• Severe deviated septum  (deviated septums are often successfully treated - except severe)

• Active nasal polyps or cysts

• Recent nasal surgery

• Rhinoplasty

• Septoplasty

• Turbinate reduction (takes 6 months - to heal tissue)

• Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Pregnancy (first trimester) -avoid elective cranial procedures in early gestation

5. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary depending on condition, and adherence to structured treatments as prescribed are key to results as practitioner advises and recommends.

The clinic makes no guarantee of outcomes.

You must follow recommendations of prescribed number of treatments and aftercare instructions to maximise results and safety.

 

6. Liability Waiver & Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to undergo the NasalRX (Cranial Facial Release – CFR) procedure, which involves the controlled inflation of a small balloon within the nasal passageways to assist in structural and functional improvement of cranial and sinus dynamics.

You understand that NasalRX (CFR) is an advanced manual and structural technique, not a surgical procedure and changes can be rapid with some detox side effects post treatment initially - possible but not common temporary increased head pain, common sinus mucous detox, occasional temporary jaw pain, and other possible temporary realignment reactions .

You understand that this professional treatment is a process and normally takes minimum of 4 treatments to clear nasal passageways.
You have been informed by reading the details contained within this website of the general nature of the treatment, its purpose, expected benefits, and possible risks.

 

7. Possible Risks and Side Effects

You acknowledge that, as with any physical or intranasal procedure, there are potential short-term and temporary effects, including but not limited to:

• Mild nasal or sinus irritation, dryness, or congestion

• Temporary increased sinus drainage or sore throat, flu/cold-like symptoms

• Possible mild bleeding, headache, or facial tenderness

• Light-headedness, temporary fatigue, or transient symptom flare-up

Serious complications are rare, but may include infection, nosebleed, or sinus inflammation.
You confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical history, including any nasal surgery, chronic sinus infection, bleeding disorders, or use of anticoagulant medications.

 

8. Voluntary Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the NasalRX (CFR) procedure and release Cranial Solutions, its practitioners, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages of any possibility arising directly or indirectly from participation in this treatment, except where prohibited by law.

You understand that individual results cannot be guaranteed and that success depends on many personal factors, including immune response, level of fixations, deeper congestion and general inflammation status, compliance with prescribed advice and after-care instructions.

 

9. Telehealth Consultation Option

You understand that a complimentary telehealth consultation is available for discussion of any complex condition or suitability questions prior to treatment to provide answers to any concerns you may have.

 

10. Package Splitting & Substitution

Treatments included in the package cannot be substituted for other services or sessions cannot be shared with friends or family unless agreed upon in writing if you have serious cause for non completion of treatment.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Package pricing may be subject to periodic promotions, but retrospective discounts are not applied to past purchases.​
