Terms & Conditions

• Upfront Payment: Full payment for singular treatments or packaged series is required prior to the commencement of care.
• Non-Transferable: Treatment packages are exclusively assigned to the named client and cannot be transferred to another individual unless explicitly authorised under Section 3.
• Package Expiry: To ensure optimal clinical momentum, package sessions must be completed within 4 weeks of initiation (or as structurally modified by your attending practitioner). All prepaid session credits expire 3 months from the date of initial purchase.

Due to the logistical demands of operating a dual-location destination consultancy (Auckland & Christchurch):

• Notice Period: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty with more than 24 hours' notice.
• Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee (or the forfeiture of one session for prepaid package holders).
• Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or canceling on the same day results in a 100% full fee charge or session forfeiture.

• Clinical Unsuitability: If your practitioner determines during evaluation that you are medically or structurally unsuitable to continue NasalRX care, a pro-rata credit or refund for remaining unused sessions will be issued at the clinic's discretion. Unused credits may be transferred to an approved family member or alternative clinic service.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are strictly not provided for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, failure to adhere to recommended care plans, or last-minute cancellations once care has commenced.

You are required to fully disclose all relevant medical history, prior surgeries, imaging reports, current medications, and vascular conditions prior to treatment.

• The clinic reserves the right to modify, postpone, or refuse treatment if proceeding poses a safety risk. The following conditions explicitly rule out or restrict immediate NasalRX procedure eligibility:
• Trauma & Surgery: Recent nasal, facial, or cranial fracture; recent cranial/nasal surgery (< 6 months, including Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, or Turbinate Reduction); active tissue instability.
• Vascular & Cranial Conditions: Known brain aneurysm, intracranial tumour, active or historic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak, or uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic > 160 mmHg).
• Bleeding Risk: Active epistaxis (nosebleeds), capillary fragility, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, or current use of systemic anticoagulant medications (e.g. Warfarin, Rivaroxaban).
• Active Pathology: Active nasal or sinus infections, acute flu/rhinitis, severe nasal polyps/cysts, or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
• Pregnancy: Elective endonasal cranial procedures are strictly avoided during the first trimester.

Individual structural responses vary based on clinical history, baseline anatomical fixations, and underlying tissue integrity. While NasalRX is designed to release cranial suture fixations and expand nasal pathways, Cranial Solutions NZ makes no explicit guarantee of specific outcomes. Adherence to recommended appointment frequency and post-care protocols is essential to maximise structural clearance.

As with any effective structural or endonasal procedure, temporary physiological integration responses may occur as cranial tissues shift. You acknowledge that these mild, short-term responses clear as airflow improves and may include:

• Mild, temporary nasal or sinus dryness or short-term congestion as mucosal tissues adapt.
• Increased sinus drainage, transient facial tenderness, or mild fatigue as the central nervous system down-regulates.
• Brief, temporary flare-ups of historic symptoms prior to resolution.

You voluntarily assume all inherent physical risks associated with endonasal cranial mobilisation. You hereby release Cranial Solutions NZ, its practitioners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in care, except where prohibited under New Zealand law. Success depends on multi-factorial elements including underlying inflammation, suture fixation severity, and patient compliance.

To ensure clinical safety and determine procedure suitability, Cranial Solutions NZ offers preliminary Telehealth consultations. Complex conditions, prior surgical histories, or uncertainty regarding contraindications must be evaluated during a pre-consultation prior to booking in-clinic care.

For quality assurance, practitioner indemnity, insurance documentation, clinical record accuracy, and internal practitioner training, treatments and assessments at Cranial Solutions NZ may be recorded via visual/video media.

• Confidentiality: Visual media is treated as encrypted, highly confidential medical record data.
• Third-Party Disclosure: Visual records will never be published publicly or used for promotional/marketing purposes without separate, express written consent.

Prepaid package sessions cannot be split between multiple individuals, substituted for external services, or shared with family members unless authorised in writing by clinic directors for documented medical exceptions.
