Terms & Conditions

You can book a combined assessment, examination and initial NasalRX treatment, or a standalone assessment without treatment. Treatment is subject to suitability and your informed consent.

• Assessment only: The $129 assessment is a standalone 30-minute visit. It carries no obligation to book or pay for treatment afterwards.
• Optional treatment afterwards: If you choose to proceed after the standalone assessment and are suitable, your first NasalRX examination and treatment is a separate 30-minute/$295 appointment.
• Free phone chat: You can schedule an optional, free 10-minute phone chat in PracSuite if you are unsure which appointment to choose. Reception can take messages but cannot schedule appointments.

• Payment: Payment for your appointment or package is required before care begins.
• Follow-up choices: After your initial NasalRX treatment, you may book individual follow-ups at $295 each or purchase five follow-up treatments for $1,225 ($245 per session). A package is optional.
• Expiry: Unused package credits expire three months from the date of purchase.
• Treatment timing: Your practitioner will discuss the recommended timing of your sessions. Any recommendation to complete sessions within four weeks is separate from the three-month expiry date.
• Who can use a package: A package is for the named patient. Sessions cannot normally be shared or transferred. Any exception must be approved by the clinic in writing.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Notice is measured against the scheduled appointment time. The same-day rule takes priority over the general late-cancellation rule.

• At least 24 hours before your appointment: You can cancel or reschedule without a cancellation charge.
• Less than 24 hours, before the appointment day: A charge of 50% of the appointment fee applies. For package appointments, the charge is 50% of the price paid per session: $122.50 for a session in the $1,225 five-pack.
• On the appointment day or if you do not attend: A charge of 100% of the appointment fee applies. For package appointments, the charge is 100% of the price paid per session: $245 for a session in the $1,225 five-pack.

Treatment will not proceed if your practitioner considers it unsuitable, or if you do not consent.

• If treatment is unsuitable at a combined visit: If you book the 60-minute/$345 combined appointment and your practitioner determines after assessment that treatment is unsuitable, the charge is $179: $129 for the assessment plus $50 for the additional appointment time reserved. If you prepaid $345, the remaining $166 will be refunded. This policy applies when the practitioner determines treatment is unsuitable.
• Unused package sessions if treatment is unsuitable: Please contact the clinic to arrange a proportionate refund or credit for unused sessions. Any approved transfer to another service or family member must be confirmed in writing.
• Change of mind: The clinic does not normally offer refunds for change of mind or personal scheduling difficulties once care has commenced. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under New Zealand law.
• Your legal rights: Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights, or other applicable New Zealand law.

Please tell your practitioner about your medical history, medicines, previous procedures and any changes in your health that may affect assessment or treatment.

• Your practitioner will assess suitability and discuss the proposed treatment, expected benefits, relevant risks, limitations, alternatives and costs before you decide whether to proceed.
• You may ask questions, refuse treatment or withdraw consent to treatment. A website booking does not replace the informed-consent process.
• Treatment-specific risks, precautions and aftercare belong in the information and consent process for your individual care. These booking terms are not a complete list of contraindications or risks.

Responses to care vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.

• Your practitioner will discuss appropriate follow-up and what to do if you have concerns after treatment.
• Contact the clinic if symptoms worsen, persist or concern you. Do not assume that symptoms are necessarily a normal or temporary response. Seek urgent medical assistance for severe or urgent symptoms.

We do not currently make audio, video or photographic recordings of clinical appointments. These website terms do not give consent to record you.

• If recording is introduced in future, we will update this information before it begins. Any proposed recording needs a separate explanation of its purpose, intended use, who may access it, how it will be stored and how long it will be kept, followed by the appropriate consent process.
• Consent for clinical documentation must be distinguished from consent for teaching, research, publication or marketing. Any proposed additional use needs its own explanation and appropriate permission.
• Ask the clinic about any proposed recording and the available arrangements if you decline.
